QUALITY ASSURANCE 

Dynasty Health Care is committed to providing the highest quality care to our service users, homecare personal care is regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC). The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of all health and adult social care in England.

CQC regulates care provided by the NHS, local authorities, private companies and voluntary organisations.  Its aim is to make sure better care is provided for everyone – in hospitals, care homes and people’s own homes. CQC publish its inspection reports on their website www.cqc.org.uk, which also provides details of all social care services available throughout the UK.

At Dynasty Health Care, we on an ongoing basis reviews and monitor our comprehensive internal quality assurance system to ensure there is no oversight and seek out room for improvement.

Our Staff

All our staff are recruited through our extensive and effective recruitment process; we seek for the best, reliable, committed, dedicated, and honest candidates. All references, Enhance DBS and induction are carried out prior to any job offer. We also have high emphasises on continuous improvement through our staff monitoring, supervision and appraisal. We practice equal opportunity and ensure that our management team fully adhere to it.  An exceptional teamwork is important to our organisation and is one of our core competences in Dynasty Health Care. Our recruitment and selection policy includes the fundamental principles of our team, we ensure that our staffs are confident in providing the services required of them  and the service user’s comfortable with their key staffs.

Our Trainning 

 To ensure that we provide high-standard quality care to all our service users, it is mandatory for our organisation that all our staffs have the CQC required training for Care staff. We have a unique combination of continuous training and development plans tailored to suit the training needs of all our individual staff with an excellent induction program which serves as a guide to our staff. Our Staff are trained to always ensure safety, quality of life, time management to attend to service users' calls visit on time and that our service users are well cared. We have a good support system for our staff with an in-house mentor and staff welfare officer. Our staff supervisor is allocated with the duty of ongoing training, supervision and appraisal of our staff.
